Return of products

Please let me know by email if you wish to return the item.

Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order package.

In the event of a return, you are required to return the item in its original condition and packaging.

The returned item must be returned at your own expense, in the same or similar packaging it was received in (bubble mailer or cardboard box).

If you are sending a trackable package to MyMess, please send me an email with the tracking number (I would be very grateful).

Once I receive your return package, I will initiate a refund using the same method used for the original purchase.

 

Replacing a product with another

Please let me know by email if you wish to exchange the item (what you would like to exchange it for).

Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are possible for items of the same or higher price (for an additional fee).

If you wish to exchange the item, you must return it in undamaged condition.

You must return the exchanged item at your own expense, in the same or similar packaging in which it was received (bubble wrap or cardboard).

Once I receive your return, I will initiate the exchange process.
